Susan Overton - Executive Director and General Manager

Susan Overton
Vice President, Finance

Susan Overton is Vice President of Finance at MDwise Hoosier Alliance. In this role, Ms. Overton oversees the financial operations for all three of AmeriHealth Mercy's Indiana-based programs.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Overton was Executive Director and General Manager of MDwise Hoosier Alliance, where she was responsible for the general oversight and operations of Hoosier Alliance, including managing community outreach, medical management, provider contracting services and growth strategies.

Ms. Overton also served as the Chief Financial Officer for MDwise, Inc. At MDwise, she was responsible for the financial operations, including cash management, investments, financial reporting, budgeting, capitation rate analysis, capitation verses enrollment reconciliation and reinsurance.

Ms. Overton received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana.
