Executive Team

Lois Dailey has worked as Vice President of Health Plan Operations at MDwise Hoosier Alliance since 2008. In this role, she is responsible for oversight of Health Plan Operations, Provider Network Management, Compliance and Quality. Ms. Dailey has more than 20 years of health care experience for Medicaid, Medicare and commercial managed care organizations, hospital administration and intensive care nursing.

Susan Overton is Vice President of Finance at MDwise Hoosier Alliance.  In this role, Ms. Overton oversees the financial operations for AmeriHealth Mercy’s Indiana-based programs. Prior to her current role, Ms. Overton was Executive Director and General Manager of MDwise Hoosier Alliance. She was responsible for the general oversight and operations, including managing community outreach, medical management, provider contracting services and growth strategies.

Dr. Mark Rollins is Medical Director for MDwise Hoosier Alliance. As the organization’s key physician leader, Dr. Rollins provides guidance in the operational areas of utilization review, case management and related policy and practice initiatives. He also works closely with the Clinical Services staff to build collaborative relationships with the provider community to ensure members receive appropriate, high-quality medical care. 

Tina Doyle is Senior Director of Clinical Services for MDwise Hoosier Alliance. Mrs. Doyle is responsible for clinical oversight, procedure and policy development for Prior Authorization, Utilization and Case Management and Concurrent Review. Prior to joining MDwise Hoosier Alliance, Mrs. Doyle was Vice President of Operations for a national Medicaid transportation company.

Greg Yust is Executive Director of MDwise Hoosier Alliance. In this role, Greg leads the Indiana team, oversees the growth, daily operations and financial goals for MDwise Hoosier Alliance and Healthy Indiana Plan.
